Disclaimers for Must Be Pop
LJ Abuse asks that all roleplaying journals have appropriate disclaimers, this includes:
- Put http://www.mustbepop.net as your home page
- Add the code below to your journal overrides or put a disclaimer in your future-dated public entry.
- Also slap a disclaimer statement into your user information.
LJ Abuse suggests the following disclaimer statement:
In creating this journal, the author has assumed another person's identity for the sole purpose of entertainment, without intending to obtain a benefit or to injure or defraud either the person whose identity the author has assumed, nor any reader of this content.
If you use S2, a lot of styles allow for a customized link that you can point to http://www.mustbepop.net.
If you use S1 style, you can use our override codes to make the disclaimer link show up on each entry. Here's how it works:
- Choose the Style that you are using
in Live Journal.
- Select all Text in the box
underneath that style.
- Press Ctrl-C (this is the Windows
Copy mode) or Apple-C (Mac Copy mode)
- Go to
Customize Journal Style and make sure your journal is set to S1 style. Once you are in S1, scroll down and press Ctrl-V (Windows Paste mode) or Apple-V (Mac Paste mode).
